Wild Flowers began
as a coaching method…
Design your natural future—creatively, intentionally, and with care.
Wild Flowers Wild Futures began as a one-on-one coaching method created by Emily during her MSc in Design at Parsons in NYC. Inspired by her own transitions, Emily wanted to bring the powerful tools of Design Thinking and Futures Thinking—usually reserved for the business world—into the lives of women navigating change.
Dissatisfied with traditional coaching, she created something different: a process built on shared accountability, creative exploration, and genuine allyship.
Emily meets with clients weekly, guiding the journey like a thoughtful mountain guide, always listening, but also crafting meaningful, intentional exercises to support each step. From exploring meaningful objects to applying tools from UNESCO futurists, each session is designed to deepen your awareness, clarity, and direction.
First and last sessions are always free, and coaching is offered on a sliding scale—because your future should be accessible.
What Makes This Coaching Different?
A future that fits you.
You’ll use evidence-based tools to imagine a life that feels truly natural—then take steps in the present to grow toward it.
Design, creativity, and nature at the center.
Through sketching, journaling, trend-hunting, and nature-based activities, you’ll sharpen new ways of thinking that last far beyond the coaching journey.
Shared accountability and transparency
Every insight and plan is captured in a collaborative Futures Canvas—a creative, private space where your future takes shape.
